Weather: hot as fuck, sunny, 80s.
Comments:
okay run today. legs felt so good but i felt so nauseous the entire time. first day of my monthly. cramps and stomach ache throughout the entire run.. wanted to vomit at some points.
splits: 9:08 (fast mile), 10:20 (1.1 miles).
extra: lunges, 3x25 pushups, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit, 50 squats.
