I ran to booeymongers and back today with Gillian! We also x-trained for 20 minutes afterwards. My knee got kind of stiff or tight on the way back to school but its gotten way better over the last couple weeks. Its just a shame that the doctor is being so overly cautious about checking for an sfx, because I think I could have raced on Monday. Can't wait for time trials, though I don't want to get my hopes up about it being a satisfying end to the season.
