Comments:
My legs were a little tired this morning probably from the fast strides yesterday. It was pretty warm out and I ran at noon, but I thought I hydrated enough before I went. The first 3 miles felt fine, not great but not awful. Then I just hit a wall. The rest of the run was terrible. I was breathing so heavy and my legs were so tired. I tried slowing down but nothing made me feel better. I originally set out to do 8 but I had to cut it to 7. I'm not usually one to cut a run short, so that's how I know that this is one of the worst runs I've had in a long time
