was in a HORRIBLE place mentally was really surprised the first one was so fast, fastest i've ever done a 1k in a workout. Started to fall behind Sayra on every one beside the first one but was always able to kick in the last 200m and catch/beat her. Just need to have more confidence to maintain faster pace throughout instead of relying on kick. Definitely a confidence boosting workout, though. Actually feel like it was better than when I did this in indoor just because of how mentally shitty I was today and the times I still managed to hit
