Comments:
ran after the meeting on the indoor track with kurt. started off slow, but picked it up gradually as the run went on. mile splits were 7:20, 7:00, 6:40, sub 6:00. felt pretty good and loose, but it was real dry inside today, so i had mad cottonmouth the whole second half of the run.
