Weather: 62 and nice!
Comments:
Ran 2.5 miles up. Stretched and strides.
Then ran 10x1:00 on/1:00 off in the middle. Just under 1.5 down for 8 on the day. Felt ok. First 6-6 good and then last ones hurt a bit. Got bike legs and but so it's tough on some days. A good run!
