Comments:
Pouring rain out so I opted for the treadmill at the gym. So so so hot and humid at gym I think It was worse. Completely drenched head to toe when I was done!
2.5 miles up.
Then 2 mile tempo in @11:35 3:00 rest
Then 5 x 600 at 5:20-5:40 mile pace 2:00 rest
Then about 1.6 down for 8 on the day!
Not easy and I was hurting with the heat inside! I good workout though.
