I forgot to log Thursday's 7 mile run and with todays easy 10k that puts me at 502.53 miles for the year. I'm way ahead of last year but behind where I would like to be this year. Let's focus on volume over the next 2 and half months and try to get to as close to 1000 by the end of june!
