Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Easy 6 miles. I was feeling down, I didn't want to run. I wanted to go to sleep! Those are the feeling I must overcome. Running is what kills those moods, keeps the blues at bay. If I have frustration I need to get it out during a good run not through out the course of the day and at co workers and custeomrs. I need to have a better day tomorrow!
