Felt good. Moderate to hard pace. Not to effortful but went well overall. Ran most of it with chuck til we had a turning around fiasco. went 6:04, 6:13, (12:18) 6:33 (18:50)
My stomach hurt the last mile so i couldnt pick it up enough which sucked
