Weather: 95 degrees in the Workout Room in the HOTel
Comments:
Did a 10 minute warmup, 3x1 mile trying for 5:50,5:45,5:40. Ended up going 5:52,5:37, 5:30. Two minutes rest in between .Felt nice to jog outside afterwards.Went and toured the U of M afterwards.
