Weather: 80s, lakefront, windy as fuck, hot, sunny.

Comments:
actually a pretty good run. legs felt really, breathing was okay but not great.. great run overall,

splits: no splits.

extra: lunges, 3x25 pushups, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit, 50 squats, arm stuff (abs and arms today).
