Comments:
HOT outside. Ran 1/2 mile warm-up, 11 x 400 with 90 second rest and 1/2 mile cool down on the track with Peter, Payton and Anna. Crunched for time...had 45 minutes to do the entire workout, including strides, jogging, warm up and cool down. Times were: 78, 78, 75, 74, 73, 75, 75, 74, 73, 72, 70. Felt good, just HOT.
