Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Before PT at the gym:
Did some pistols with 25lb KB and one arm pushups
12 minute circuit: 10x KB clean and press each arm (20kg KB) and 10x burpees
For PT we ran down to the lake as a group and then released back. Ran with Rundle on the way back... He's in pretty good shape.
