Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Its been a slow month with very little mileage. I have ran less than 50% of the days and my average pace seems to be about 8:30/mile. I'm out of shape! We need to spend the rest of May getting back into shape. Not only will I have to run more at a quicker pace but we are going to have to change other habits as well. Smoking is getting outrageous, going through a pack every 24hrs. That needs to be cut down and then cut out! Too much soda not enough water. This is especially so during the weekend when I close and want the sugar rush! I need to eat more, more calories and more protein, If there is anything I can do to get more vegetables and fruits I need to do it ! Let get this done, lets become excellent!!
