Comments:
Same run as yesterday but 8 minutes quicker. I have been lazy and slow all month so it was really nice to run something decent today. Tomorrows workout will be an easy 5 or 6 miles and be ready for Thursday's hard workout! Lots of water, eating and lets see about cutting those smigets down!
