Bike

My doctor wants me to cross-train for two weeks before I try running again. He said that it looks like it's healing from the MRI but he wants to be cautious. I signed up for the gym today.
I have the bike at level 5-6 at first and then 7-8 for the last half. 90-95 rpms. I did abs after. I am going to try to increase time as I go, its been a while.

I started taking bone health vitamins as well.
