Comments:
thru GU to cent trail east. ran right after work, ate a banana and then went, originally going to go further but legs felt worn down so didn't start tempo pace until 5 minutes into the run. decided less miles but faster would be better for legs, earlier today my legs were definitely not in running shape. felt relaxed and had a strong kick.
