Comments:
I paced my self in the beginning and started at level 5, definitely a better workout. I went up in level every mile, went back down for the last mile but the last 2 minutes were at level 9. The machine doesn't tell you rpm, so I went by heart rate, 185-195. Definitely sweating. 5 minute cool down.

Did abs and then the bike for 15 minutes but my legs are jello. I'm happy I did way more today.
