Weather: Sunny very hot!

today my shins were not feeling that well, so i went swimming. i swam about 80 to 85 laps. i couldn't count, but im sure its about 80. i did lots of time trials and i improved. now my pr's are.
50 Free = 45.6
100 Free = 1:43.2
100 IM = 1:59.3
so yeah i have improved a lot. so yea my goals for in 2 weeks are:-
25 Free = Sub 18sec
50 Free = sub 40sec
100 Free = sub 1:38.5
50 Fly = Sub 52sec
50 Breast = Sub 55sec
50 Back = Sub 1:00.0
100 IM Free = sub 1:50.9
