Comments:
relaxed evening run. Done on the same loop as all the other six mile runs this week
Had some discomfort, but really no problem
ALSO I just realized that I got my miles in, but no long run, I'm sorry I had forgotten to do that. Next week I will plan out accordingly around the 85 min. long run on the weekend
and I had to move my off day because of personal plans this weekend, I will try to keep it on Sunday in the future
