Easy Run

Comments:
Right calf is always super tight at the beginning of a run and it usually takes it about a mile and a half before it starts feeling better. Still dealing with the pain in my ankle, but it is not as bad. Working on stretching my right calf at PT because its too tight. After about 2 miles into my run, my leg began to loosen up.
