Comments:
First run back! taking it day by day!
This week I am not going to worry about mileage, just going to run however I feel like, how fast or how far.
Today I ran with Maiya at 8 mins per mile. Stopped a lot because both of us had stomach issues aka tons of pooping the woods oops. Good run though, good to be back with my fav training partner just like the good old day!
