My high school teammate is competing at Groups next week so he wanted me to help pace the first 400's of his 4x800 workout. He wanted to hit 2:20 so I hit the 400's in in 70, 69, and 68 (he only did 3). It was nice to get a little speed in without doing anything strenuous.
