Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
I went to the gym and I tried reading on the elliptical. It wasn't a great idea, I definitely had to do some work when I realized I was going too slow. Saw dr.doerr today, I can try a mile this weekend. Super excited about that <3
Level 5-8; mostly 6-7 HR 180-197
I did abs and assisted pull-ups after.
