Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Poored Rain off and on
Comments:
We ran on the trails and road. At times it was hard. I ran approximately a 2.5 miler at a 6:50 pace then took a 20-30 minute break. Ran 4.5 miles at 6:50 pace again. Came back and won the over all. I ran way farther than expect and harder. I'm going to be sore tomorrow.
