Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
5 repeats this week, and I really felt it on the fifth. Still only focusing on form (this time I remembered I should not look at my feet the entire time!). Also tried to not run like molasses on the way back, which should help with endurance eventually, though I wasn't too successful.
I had a cup of tea before this, and it was pretty nice running with a bit of caffeine in my system.
Also, these shoes have past 300 miles - I'll have to inspect them and see if it's time to retire them to be rainy day shoes.
