Today was the first day back to work, and like I expected my foot and back are kinda sore from standing a lot. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about but I decided to just do more cardio tomorrow instead. I did abs and bands. I also did an ice massaged my foot. I want to get inserts for my sneakers just to be safe.
