8x50 back @ :50 - 10 underwaters off each wall

4x(2x50 all out @ 1:00 + 2x200 ez free @ 3:00) odd rounds the 50's are fly, evens rounds are choice

8x100 back @ 1:30 maximum number of underwater kicks

2x(2x25 all out @ :25 + 2x100 kick @ 1:30) - first round is fly, second round is kick
