4x(25 against the resistance cord sprint back kick until you cant move then start pulling :30 second rest, 25 sprint back with the resistance cord helping you max tempo)...
Between rounds hop out and do :30 seconds all out pull backstroke against the band (laying on the ground on your back), :30 seconds all out pull but only doing the end of your stroke (so just triceps burning), :30 seconds flutter kicks as fast as you can
100 ez drills
12x25 underwater kick @ :40 - done as two 25's on your back, 25 left side, 25 right side, two 25's spinning the whole time, repeat - from the start you have to go all out as if it's your only 25, no holding back
2x(25 for time underwater kick from the blocks + 25 ez float)
