Weather: around 80, humid, dark

Comments:
Made the choice to put the run off so I could cook dinner. Got to work on all the things I put off during the season. Slipped out for a run at 10:40. Ran the 39th Street loop at a steady patient pace. Felt decent by the last few blocks. the half mile form Tenley down Belt was about 7:00 pace. Added on a minute cooldown and considered going longer.
