Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I wanted to do 8 today but could only do 6. The run was on bridges and the wind was so bad I had to take two breaks and stop a mile early just because going into it was so exhausting. Coming back was fine, and the whole while I tried to maintain a decent and consistent pace.
