Comments:
I woke up at 6:30 to run before work, I drove to my track and did 4 laps around. I went out too hard but the last two laps were more comfortable bc I got a pace going. But most importantly, no pain! My hamstring was little tight. I'll probably stay at a mile every other day for a week or so.
