Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
I went to the gym durin my two hour lunch break from work. I got in a half hour. I decided to be healthy and get a salad for lunch too. It's getting easier to be on the elliptical
I changed levels every 10 minutes bc I was feeling tired at first. The last 3 minutes were at level 10. I want to get used to finishing uphill ish.
