Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I went to overpeck track to run, last time I was here was when my stress fracture first began. I decided to do 1.5 bc two weeks ago I was already at mile. It was pretty good, it didn't get difficult breathing wise till after 3 laps. I started off at a more comfortable pace. First mile was 7:21. No pain it's just weird running again, my legs feel like their confused. It's gonna be a hard summer. I looked at my log before to see how I came back, and I'm happy that faster paces are easier this time around.
I'm gonna hit the gym later and do abs/arms
