This run kicked my butt. Long-ish for me right now, and doing it at 1pm with very little shade was real tough. Thankfully, had my GPS watch to motivate me to keep the pace decent. Thankfully pt. 2, my muscles and joints feel great, just waiting on the cardio and weather adjustment. I'll get there soon!
Also missing competition / training for something. Thinking of throwing a road race or two on the calendar.
