Comments:
Have you ever gone on a run where you only need to make 2 turns? Because thats what I did today... 2 straight ass roads. But felt pretty good. Nice, deep breaths came easy. Legs still feeling some type of way but its not that bad.
Turned aroundat 22:30 because I felt I was going around 7:30. Heavy negative split on the way back (around 50 sec/mile?!?!)
