New Shoes and New Season

Decided to get my run done as soon as I woke up. Didn't feel like driving anywhere so I just did my 3 mile loop in my neighborhood. I knew I didn't feel like running fast today, so I thought the run shouldn't have been hard, but it ended up bad. The first mile was around 7:15, the second around 7:45, and the third around 8:00. I wasn't necessarily tired, it just didn't feel good. Probably a combination of not breaking in my shoes all the way, the humidity, and the fact that there is no flat area on my 3 mile loop.
