That felt good. I wasn't watching the pace, just running with a little bit of extra energy so the miles wouldn't be a waste. It was pretty chilly out, so that probably helped.

Hamstrings and back are pretty tight from yesterday's yoga, unfortunately. I really need to get a rope to stretch with.
