Ran on the Chessie Trail. A bit overgrown, but made for great workout. Running through the cows and having to smack them on the bottom to move was awesome. Luckily none of them pooped on me. Did 6 x 4:00 at 10k effort/3:00 at AT for 42 min of workout. Love it!
