3x300 fly - first 100 is a lot of underwaters, second 100 is 3 kicks 1 stroke, third 100 is fly drill
12x100 free @ 1:45 - first 50 long dps w/pads and buoy, second 50 drop the buoy and swim all out free
7x50 fly drills
2x(25 @ :30, 50 @ 1:00, 75 @ 1:30) all fly - 25s you start swimming right away (no streamline), 50s you start swimming right away on the first 25 and do 8 underwater kicks on the second 25, 75s are 25 swim right away then 25 w/8 underwaters and the third 25 is 10 underwaters... all strong
12x50 free @ 1:00 - odds ez swim w/fast flip, evens all out no holding back
