Comments:
At the gym I did abductors and adductor machine 3x20 @ 50lbs. I did 3 sets of a 120 ab workout that covers all the bases basically. I did a 5 minute plank, every 30 seconds changing from forearm to straight arm to side and etc.
Finished with 15 minutes on the bike. Level 7-8 rpm 88-105
