Comments:
Felt great! My ankle did not bother me that much today. My shins started to hurt again so I went to Coudersport's nice track. I would've run on Northern Potter's. but it's all cinders. When I came home, I filled my tub up with cold water and ice and then iced up to my knee. ( Im still not brave enough to sit in it!)
