First lift of the season leggooo
It went really well. Also finally ran with a clock on my pace (treadmill) and I started out at 7:30 pace because thats what I thought I could handle and it felt super easy and great. So throughout the run I picked it up to the high 6's. Averaged around 7:10
Lift right after:
3 x 10 squats: 95, 115, 115
3 x pullups: 7, 7, 6
3 x 8 deadlifts: 75, 95, 95 (can up this next week)
So I guess I'm only lifting once a week for now. That might be subject to change. Planning on 2 swims this week though.
