Comments:
This is exhausting. I definitely need to drink more water, no cramp this time. No pain too! My TFL was bothering my for a hot minute then subsided. Second day running in a row!!! It was hot, humid and I tensed up last half mile. But faster than yesterday even though I'm exhausted! Off to the gym, definitely gonna bike but not for long. My legs need the rest.
