Comments:
Not a bad run, I felt ok but I though I was faster than what I was. It doesn't really matter the speed. I have to be consistent and steady through the month of june. Running 6 days a week and increasing on the distance each weak in stead of the speed!

June been 3/4 so far we are off to a great start. I started wearing new shoes this month to help with some inspiration and motivation. Its actually a a old model of the saucnoy models that I use to have.
