GU to cent trail loop. originally meant to be an easy run, right ankle has been hurting all day and often for the last few days, right Achilles was hurting after the first minute of the run and so I almost turned around, but legs felt really strong even though I've been working all day, so I decided to take it hard and let the ankle warm up on the run. will probably take the next few days off to let ankle finally heal. goal time was 17:30, did everything I could to hit it but couldn't quite catch it. ran under 5 minutes from perry.
