All kick w/a board:
4x25 @ :20... minute rest
3x50 @ :40... minute rest
2x100 @ 1:20... minute rest
3x50 @ :40... minute rest
drop the board - 4x(10 seconds kick in streamline in place while partner holds your head, after 10 seconds partner releases and you go 25 all out kick)

3x50 fly - done as 25 swim/25 drill, 25 drill/25 swim, 50 all out for time
200 im hard
3x50 back - done as 2 drill, 1 all out for time
100 im hard

50 breast for time with a shirt on
