Comments:
Set out for a double digit run and did well. Very solid and steady, never any speed but that was ok. Stopped for some water halfway and walked a bit, a few little leg rests along the way. NEWTONS the whole way. Great step forward. In mid 60's, shirtless, nice clean sweat.
