Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got up early to do this run and was out the door by 6:45. It was pretty cool out which is an advantage of having to go so early. I tried to hit as many hills as I could in the neighborhood and keep a strong pace over them. I did both but was pretty tired. Even though I hydrated well I don't think I'm used to running this early yet. Still a good effort. Will do core tonight after work
